At the Scandinavian Open in Falsterbo VDL Santino competed  in the class of the 5 years old dressage horses. In the qualificationround VDL Santino (Flemmingh x Gagson Wimborn), ridden by Susanne Gielen, was 9th. In the final they did even better, they became 7th.
