The Olympic Stallion VDL Cardento (Capitol I x Lord) is back in Sweden at Flyinge, the National Stud of Sweden. VDL Cardento is reunited with his rider Peter Eriksson, who will ride VDL Cardento again at the highest international level. Goal of Peter and VDL Cardento are competing this year at the European Championships in Italy and at several International Horse Shows.

VDL Cardento has bred 75 mares during his period at the VDL Stud. VDL Cardento 
is still available for breeding in 2005, fresh semen of VDL Cardento is available at Flyinge and at the VDL Stud frozen semen is available.
