A great succes for the VDL Stud at the KWPN Stallion Selection: 9 stallions were selected for the KWPN Stalliontest, these are the stallions: 

• Wishful, Cardento x Mr. Blue, bred by J. van Weesenbeek from Dongen;
• W, Contendro x For Pleasure, bred by T. J. Ottense from Buxtehude (Ger);
• Waterford VDL, Corland x Nimmerdor, bred by the VDL Stud;
• Wijster, Corland x Great Pleasure, bred by D. Noordhuis from Wijster;
• Wiruso H, Indoctro x Nimmerdor, bred by A.J. Hazenberg from Opende;
• Why Indoctro VDL, Indoctro x G. Ramiro Z, bred by the VDL Stud;
• Wim, Silverstone x Notaris, bred by T. van Diepen from Marknesse;

and the 4-years old stallion:

• Harley VDL, Heartbraker x Carthago, bred by M. van de Bruggen from Goirle;

The stallions Waterford VDL and Wim were selected for the Championsround of the Jumping bred stalllions, Wim became the 5th place and the Corland-son Waterford VDL became the reserve-champion of the KWPN StallionSelection. The VDL Stud is also the new owner of the reserve-champion of the dressage stallion: Winston. Winston (Jazz x Michelangelo x Le Mexico x Cadmus xx) is a beautiful black longlegged stallion and is bred by mr. M. A . Habraken from Boxtel.
