The approved stallions VDL Hold Up Premier and VDL Sarantos have won at the International Horse Show of Wierden. VDL Southwind became 4th in the Grand Prix of Wierden.

Dennis van Tilburg and VDL Southwind (Baloubet du Rouet x Helena, f. Ahorn, bred by the VDL Stud) became 4th in the 1.45 m Grand Prix of Wierden. At the 3rd place finished was the stallion Modesto, with his new rider Edwin Smits. Modesto is bred by fam. S. van de Meer from Surhuisterveen.

The approved stallion VDL Sarantos (Emilion x Larome, bred by Fam. Baas from Nijeholtpade) was winner of 2 International classes in Wierden. VDL Sarantos is ridden by Gert Jan Bruggink and owned by St. Gaesbeek,  W. Bourgondien and the VDL Stud. There was a 3rd place for stephanie Brugman with Lacoochee and Chayenne Wiskerke became 6th with VDL Oraya (Glennridge x Ladykiller, bred by the VDL Stud).

Also the approved stallion VDL Hold up Premier was winning an International class, VDL Hold up Premier is ridden by Dennis van Tilburg.This combination also became one time 8th.

Jur Vrieling and VDL Artic (by Indoctro) became 2nd in an International class.

Dennis van Tilburg was also placed high in the other clases with VDL Sill (by Emilion), Koala (by Ahorn) and VDL Clapton (by Caretino).
