At several international horse shows offspring of VDL Stallions placed high:

Valentin (Indorado x Nimmerdor), ridden by Andrius Petrovas, placed 2nd in the Grand Prix of  Poznan (Poland). And the Emilion-mare Pornita, ridden by Ewa Mazurowska, placed 4th in this Grand Prix. Pornita is a halfsister of the Grand Prix winner Silvana, ridden by Kevin Staut.

The Cardento-mare Prizilla, ridden by Malin Nilsson, placed 4th in the Grand Prix of Ypaja (Finland).

Top Gun (Corland x Wellington) and his rider Beth Underhill placed 7th in the World Cup Qualifier of Calgary in Canada.

Ouverture (Silvio II x Emilion), ridden by Ainhoa Manero Benavente, placed 6th in the Grand Prix of Vilamoura (Portugal).

Virones C (Indoctro x Emilion), ridden by Artur Bagdasaryan, placed 8th in the Grand Prix of Moscow (Russia).
