Today the Dutch teamcoach Rob Ehrens announced that VDL Bubalu and Jur Vrieling will join the Dutch Team at the World Championships Jumping at Kentucky. They are in the team with the following riders and horses:
Mark Houtzager with Tamino (Numero Uno x Farmer) or Opium VS (Polydor x Bormio),
Harrie Smolders with Exquis Walbut de Muze (Nabab de Reve x Chin Chin), 
Eric van der Vleuten with VDL Groep Utascha SFN (Lux x Indoctro) 
The reserve combination is Leopold van Asten with VDL Groep Santana B (Mr.Blue x H.Almé Z).

This team is the same team which won the Nations Cup of Dublin.

VDL Bubalu is a 10 yrs old stallion from Baloubet du Rouet out of the famous Nimmerdor-mare Zancara, and he is bred at the VDL Stud.
