Also in week 2 of CSI ** De Wolden there was a lot of success for VDL riders and horses and also for offspring of VDL Stallions:

James Billington won with Doklahoma VDL (Baloubet du Rouet x Emilion) the fina for 7 year olds and with Cartello VDL (Cartani x Lord) he finished 8th in the Grand Prix of CSI de Wolden. With Baltic VDL he jumped a very nice round in the finals of the Silver Tour and finished in 10th place.

Ernesto Canseco won with Davall (Zavall x Indorado) the finals of the Silver Tour, a 1.35m class and with Di Zigeunerin VDL (Zavall x Hold Up Premier) he placed 7th in the finals of the Bronze Tour, a 1.25m class. He jumped a clear round with Celebrity VDL (Indoctro x Emilion) the ‘Championat of Veeningen’, but due to stormy weather there was no jump-off ridden in this class.

Jur Vrieling finished with Arezzo VDL 2nd in the 1.45m Qualifier for the Grand Prix.

Dhi Zulu (Zapatero x Tolan R), won with his rider Jack Broek a class for 6 year olds.

Zucchero (Chin Chin x Etretat), ridden by Federico Francia, won a 1.20m class and placed 2nd and 3rd in other 1.20m classes.
