KRAKOW - The twelve-year-old mare Fliere Fluiter (Zirocco Blue x Animo) and Jack Ansems (NED) have won the CSI3* Worldcup Grand Prix over 1.55m in Krakow.
Fliere Fluiter and her rider Ansems have been extremely successful in recent years.
The Zirocco Blue daughter came second last year in the CSI2* Grand-Prix over 1.45m in Bonheiden (BEL). They also finished second in another 1.45m class. In August, the combination came second in the CSI3* over 1.50m in St. Lô (FR). In July they were third in the CSI4* over 1.55m in Valkenswaard (NED). They have also already won the CSI2* Grand Prix over 1.45m in Bonheiden twice. In April they won the 1.45m, also in Bonheiden. In February, Fliere Fluiter and Ansems won the Grand-Prix in Opglabbeek (BEL), and a month earlier they achieved a fine sixth place in the Grand-Prix in Opglabbeek.
Fliere Fluiter was bred by J. van de Gevel (NED).
The puissance in Krakow was won by Itoulon B (Etoulon x Indoctro), ridden by Mark Lewicki POL).
Zirocco Air (Zirocco Blue x Con Air) has achieved a fantastic fourth place in the 1.45m class with rider Mateusz Tyszko (POL). Zirocco Air was bred out of a Con Air mare by Jan van Hamond of Haren - Fehndorf, Germany. In the 1.35m class Zirocco Air claimed the victory under Tyszko.
The Topscore class was won by Jason VDL (Dakar VDL x Diamant de Semilly) and rider Agnieszka Olszewska (POL). Breeder of this horse is the VDL Stud.
Galetto (Zirocco Blue x Cardento), bred by mr. Snepvangers from Bergen op Zoom, finished second in this class under Piet Raijmakers JR (NED). Fourth was Jardy (Arezzo VDL x Vigaro), ridden by Aggelos Touloupis (GRE).
