Giulia Martinengo Marquet managed to finish second at the Grand Prix with Captain Morgan Weering Z (by Carrera). In the jump-off no fewer than 13 combinations managed to qualify. With a nice double clear round, the Carrera son eventually became second during the prize-giving ceremony. The gelding is bred out of the Arezzo daughter Gavanta Weering by Stal de Weering/R. Lanting.
