Under saddle, this appealing talent once again proved his qualities when he successfully completed his performance test later that year. His sire Desperado, with rider Emmelie Scholtens, is among the top talents of Dutch dressage and is successful in the Grand Prix. Mowgli V.O.D. also comes from a proven damline. Dam Zoriana is one of the better broodmares in the Netherlands having received no less than 90 points in her IBOP, even recieving a 10 for her phenomenal trot! She has already produced the KWPN approved Kjento, making Mowgli V.O.D. her second approved son in a row! She is also known as the mother of the 2015 NMK champion Heliana V.O.D., and grandmother of Lance V.O.D. Great-grandmother Koriana has also produced three Small Tour horses. The Grand Prix horse Zaragoza comes from this damline as well.
