Last weekend was the BWP National Breeders' Day in Broechem. The two-years old Velina van de Ultrahoeve (Grand Slam x Jetset D) did very well at her age class. The two year-olds were judged on confirmation, free movement and free jumping. Velina received the highest points, which made her Champion of the 2-year-old mares.
Earlier this year, the yearling Wysteria van de Ultrahoeve (Grand Slam x Jetset D), the younger sister of Velina, participated in the pre-selection of the BWP region South-East Flanders. In a strong group of participants, Wysteria managed to take 2nd place were full sister Velina won last year. This makes them prospects for the future.
