The approved stallion VDL Atlantic (Accord II x Lord) jumped an incredible clear round in the difficult course of the World Cup class. In the jump-off with 10 competers, VDL Atlantic and rider Wout Jan van der Schans made the fastest time but unfortunately they made 2 faults. This resulted in a 10th place for VDL Atlantic, a great performance against the top of the world! VDL Atlantic was also 4th in a 1.50 m class against the clock and was also 10th in the qualifier of the World Cup class.

The young mare VDL Oranta (Indorado x Nimmerdor) also jumped for the first time in a World Cup class. With rider Angelique Hoorn she jumped easily over the high fences but had bad luck on the 6th fence and made a fault. The Goodwill-son Mac Kinley, ridden by Rolf-Goran Bengtsson, was clear. With a very fast time in the jump-off he became the 4th place.
