VDL Atlantic and VDL Oranta succesfull at Jumping Amsterdam

VDL Atlantic and VDL Oranta were both jumping for the first time in a World Cup class at Jumping Amsterdam.

The approved stallion VDL Atlantic (Accord II x Lord) jumped an incredible clear round in the difficult course of the World Cup class. In the jump-off with 10 competers, VDL Atlantic and rider Wout Jan van der Schans made the fastest time but unfortunately they made 2 faults. This resulted in a 10th place for VDL Atlantic, a great performance against the top of the world!

VDL Atlantic was also 4th in a 1.50 m class against the clock and was also 10th in the qualifier of the World Cup class.

The young mare VDL Oranta (Indorado x Nimmerdor) also jumped for the first time in a World Cup class. With rider Angelique Hoorn she jumped easily over the high fences but had bad luck on the 6th fence and made a fault.
Because of her big galop she made a very fast time and  this resulted in the 11th place for VDL Oranta!

The Goodwill-son Mac Kinley, ridden by Rolf-Goran Bengtsson, was clear. With a very fast time in the jump-off he became the 4th place.

The Indoctro-son Nike, who also competed at the Olympics 2004, was succesfull with his new rider Katharina Offel from Germany. The new combination became 3rd in the Grand Prix of Amsterdam and were also one time 8th in a 1.40 m class against the clock.

The VDL bred mare Eurocommerce Lanapoule, ridden by Gerco Schroder, was close to a victory again, they became 4th in the Grand Prix of Amsterdam
.

The mare Lelodie (by Nimmerdor), ridden by Linda Heed, won a 1.45 m class.
The mare One Way (by Indorado), ridden by Michiel Brusse, was 3rd in the final of the KNHS Cup.
