There were very good results for Broere VDL Atlantic and Orestus VDL at the International Christmas jumping in Mechelen.

On Monday Broere VDL Atlantic (Accord II x Lord) was with rider Wout Jan van der Schans 3rd in a 1.35 m. class. In a 1.45 m International jumping Competition for approved stallions Broere VDL Atlantic became 7th.

On Tuesday there was a 1.45 m. class. Orestus VDL (by Indoctro), ridden by Gerfried Puck became 5th in this class. Orestus VDL became also the 8th place in a 1.40 m. class against the clock. This competition was won by Naf Naf II (Indoctro x Vanessa) ridden by Ellen Withaker (GBR).

Two sons by Chin Chin did very well in the World Cup Qualifier. The mare Tabelle van Sombeke, ridden by Jos Lansink became 4th and the Stallion Triumphe the Muze, ridden by David Jobertie became 10th.
