At the provincial mareshow of Friesland there were good results by VDL horses and by offspring of VDL stallions.

Champion of the Jumphorses became the 2-years old mare Zendence (Chin Chin x Pendence, f. Corland), bred and owned by the VDL Stud. The beautiful grey mare was Champion of the 2-years old mares and Champion of the day of all the jumpingbredmares. The best 3-years old mare was Dahlia van de Hermitage (Chin Chin x Quidam de Revel), owned by the VDL Stud and bred by Eric Vanthygem from Aartryke in Belgium.
There were very good results by the 3-years old mares, the following 3 years old mares have received an invitation for the 'KWPN paardendagen' in Ermelo, there are invited 6 mares and 5 of them are daughters by Chin Chin and one of them is a daughter of VDL Atlantic:

1 st: Dahlia van de Hermitage, Chin Chin x Quidam de Revel, owned by the VDL Stud and  bred by Eric Vanthygem from Aartryke in Belgium;
2nd: Well Born Rilexy, Chin Chin x Nimmerdor, owned by Louise Tomkins and bred by H. Dijkstra and the VDL Stud;
3rd :  Welena VDL, Chin Chin x Ahorn, bred and owned by the VDL Stud;
4th :  Wikita WG, Atlantic x Fedor, bred and owned by P. Geerligs from Voorthuizen;
5th :  Werdita, Chin Chin x Indoctro, bred and owned by VDL Stud & A. van Ittersum;
6th :  Wacamorka, Chin Chin x Makelaar, bred by J.A. Zwaving and owned by J.A. Zwaving and the VDL Stud.

The 'Orame x Lord' mare Vamina VDL was the best mare of the 4-years old 'Keur- and Elite' mares for jumping. Vamina VDL received an invitation for the KWPN Paardendagen. Best mare of the 'Keur and Elite' mares for dressage was the 4-years old mare Vienna ST, bred and owned by the fam. Stegenga from Oosterend.

Champion of the dressage foals became the Prestige-mare Beatrice VDL (Prestige x Lorentin I), owned and bred by the VDL Stud. By the jumpingbred foals was a 2nd place for Bonita (Indorado x Indoctro), bred and owned by J. en G. Hiemstra from Dronrijp.
