During the Olympic games in Londen 7 offspring of VDL stallions competed, besides our VDL Bubalu. These are the results:

• 20th: D. Bluman (Colombia), with Sancha LS, a daughter of Chin Chin, bred in Mexico
• 26th: J. Fredericson (Sweden), met Lunatic, a son of Landlord, bred in Zweden
• 34th: K. Staut (France), with Silvana HDC, a daughter of Corland, bred by B.J. ter Denge, Abbega
• 35th: J. Hargreaves (Australia), with Vedor, a son of Indoctro, bred by J. Heins, De Schiphorst
• 51st: K. El Zoghby (Egypt), with Wervel Wind, a son of Cantos, bred by R. Visser, Wolvega
• 67th: I.H.K. Bisharat (Jordan) with Vrieda-O, a daughter of Hold Up Premier, bred by Mts. P. & F.B. Oldenburger, Grootegast
• 72nd: L. Bratt-Fredericson (Sweden), with Matrix, a son of Cardento, bred in Zweden

There was also an offspring of Tinka’s Boy competing at the Olympic games. This was Tinka’s Serenade, ridden by Billy Twomey from Ireland. They were placed as 56th.
