The VDL stallion show in 2016 was a successful show with many visitors in Bears and many viewers online at Clip My Horse.

Besides the many highlights in the show Jur Vrieling and his team created a very special moment in the show. Last year Jur won no less than four Grands Prix with VDL stallions :
VDL Zirocco Blue - Team Gold Medal European Championships
VDL Arezzo – winner Grand Prix Vestfold
VDL Glasgow van 't Merelnest - winner Grand Prix Arezzo
VDL Carrera - Winner Nations Cup Drammen and winner Grand Prix de Wolden



During the show Jur Vrieling gave these four awards, including the Golden team medal of the European Championships, to Wiepke. He handed the prizes along with the grandchildren of Wiepke.
