Cardento-son BBS McGregor 2nd and 3rd in the Nations Cup

The Cardento son BBS McGregor finished 2nd with the team and 3rd individually at the Nations Cup in Hickstead. The gelding bred by Marguerite Ryan has been ridden by Jack Ryan for many years. With a double clear round and a time of 77.72 seconds, they had the best result for Ireland. Individually, this was also good for a nice third place.

The third place in the Nations Cup for teams was for the French Team. This included the Quasimodo v/d Molendreef-son Iglesias D.V. with Olivier Robert bred by R. de Vries. The Kannan daughter GL Events Dorai d'Aiguilly also put in a good result for the French team. The 10-year-old mare ridden by Olivier Perreau is bred by E.A.R.L. Ecurie Perreau & Fils.

Finishing fifth were the US team in which Eddie Blue (by Zirocco Blue) competed with Devin Ryan. Eddie Blue is bred by J. Honcoop. Seventh place was for Brazil which included Illex (by Baltic x Chin Chin) and Fabio Leivas Da Costa. The Baltic daughter is bred by G. Maris. 

There were also good results for Ebanking (by Etoulon x Sheraton) and Joseph Stockdale. They finished 3rd in the 1.50m, Ebanking is bred by E. Vriend.

In the 1.45m there was another second place for Joe Whitaker with Icaterina (by Durango). With less than a second difference, they took the second place. De Radstake is the breeder of Icaterina.
