The magnificent grounds of CSI De Wolden, the greatly popular 2* international show based in Zuidwolde, the Netherlands will once again be home to the De Wolden Summer Sale auction. Competitors from all over the world come together at this great sporting event which became presented us the opportunity to offer a selection of foals and ridden horses to these ambitious riders and owners. Since 2007 the Summer Sale has sold many horses who have turned out to be very successful at all levels of the sport. The list of references is ever growing and is really quite impressive!
The collection has been collated by Jan Broek, Egbert Schep and Janko van de Lageweg (VDL Stud). Together they have an incredible amount of experience in breeding, producing and selling horses; and through the means of the auction they share their expertise with you!
This auction has provided riders with 1.60m jumping horses such as Cavarola, Good Farming HS (previously Goldfinger), Adamo, Etos HBC, Zilversprings DML, Estoril, Colarde E, Valdato G and Tatjana.
Once again the offer is broad including offspring from young stallions as well as older proven stallions.
To mention just a couple;

• Treasure Blue DBH (Zirocco Blue x Lord Pezi) out of the mother line from Arc de Triomphe and Zavall VDL 
• Tish du Domaine (Comthago VDL x Darco) from Marlon Zanotelli’s upcoming superstar combined with a damline from Jalisco B! 
• Tendri VDL ( Carrera VDL x Harley VDL) is from the damline of Impressive VDL and Grand Prix jumper Easton VDL 

In addition to 17 interesting foals we also offer 6 horses between 5 and 8 years old who are already competing. They could suit many aspects of our sport, from hunters, equitation, eventing and of course showjumping. The horses include offspring from Douglas VDL, Luigi D’Eclipse, Arezzo VDL among others and they compete between 1.10m and 1.35m already. Trials are available beforehand on appointment or on the day of the auction at the showground. Vets checks are available upon request.

• Lethbridge Champion Z (Luigi d’Eclipse x Cosun), 5-year-old very complete horse with a lot of potential
