In the Basel Grand Prix, victory went to Iliana (by Cardento) and Henrik von Eckermann. With17 combinations in the jump-off, it was an exciting final. The Cardento daughter bred by J.A.M. Bocken won €68,000 in prize money.
Fifth place went to Imperial HBF (by Glasgow v/'t Merelsnest) with Tim Gredley. The duo also managed to stay clear in the jump-off in a time of 43.34 seconds. The Glasgow v/'t Merelsnest daughter is bred by L.J. Tinto and also finished in a great third place at the World Cup in Basel.
There was also another third place for Tullogher Lady Liberty (by Indoctro) with Janika Sprunger in the 1.45m on Thursday. The Indoctro daughter is bred by Rita Walsh McIntyre and is out of the Indorado daughter Dalivia VDL. There was further success for an Indoctro offspring, with HHS Vancouver finishing 5th in the 1.50m. HHS Vancouver (by Indoctro) is bred by Marion Hughes and is ridden by Michael Pender.
