Three horses from the VDL Stud qualified for the finals of the FEI World Championship of the 5 year old jumpers in Lanaken. Highest placed was Irvington VDL (Dallas x Quick Star), ridden by Alex Gill. Irvington VDL jumped a clearround in the jump-off and finished in 9th place.
Ibiza (Cardento x Kojak) and Victoria Gulliksen placed 45th and Iron Maiden (Quasimodo vd Molendreef x Indorado) and James Billington placed 51st.
