Last Sunday, the Grand Prix of Outdoor Zuidwolde took place. During the week already many VDL offspring could be seen in the victory laps. So also in the Grand Prix, Jourdain VDL (by Zapatero) and Alex David Gill managed to secure a great third place with only 0.01 seconds difference to the number 2. The Zapatero son is bred by VDL stud and is out of the "Prestatie" mare Alba VDL.

Fifth place went to Carrera-son Harley with Harrie Wiering who also stayed double clear and set a time of 42.32 seconds. He is bred by Wabo BV and is out of the "Prestatie" mare Uriah G. The seventh place went to the VDL horse VDL Helena van Perbeemd with Hessel Hoekstra. VDL Helena van Permeend is bred by D. Vermeiren and is out of the mare Dora van Permeend (by Cardento). Alex David Gill was qualified with two horses for the jump-off, the second horse was Kelton VDL (by Bubalu). With the grey son of Bubalu he took the tenth place and is bred by Y. Walda and the VDL Stud.
