Kilkenny (Cardento) wins CSI3* Grand Prix over 1.50m in Vejer de la Frontera

VEJER DE LA FRONTERA - Kilkenny (Cardento x Guidam) and Cian O'Connor (IRE) shone in the lead of the CSI3* Grand Prix over 1.50m in Vejer de la Frontera (ESP) this weekend. They won with two clear rounds and the fastest time. Kilkenny was bred by Sinead Brennan (IRE).

King Lepantino (Arezzo VDL x Lord Z), bred by Ewelina Derda (POL) and under the saddle of Matthew Sampson (GBR) since the end of 2021, came second in the CSIYH1* for seven-year-olds over 1.35m.

Gold Empire (Carrera x Animo), bred by fam. Van Straaten (NED) and ridden by Ivan Serrano Saez (ESP), won the CSI3* over 1.30m.

Fabrice DN (Emilion x Baloubet du Rouet) and Matthew Sampson (GBR) won the CSI3* competition over 1.45m in Vejer in great fashion. Fabrice DN was bred by D. Noordhuis in Wijster (NED).
Imperial HBF (Glasgow van 't Merelsnest x Original VDL), ridden by Tim Gredley (GBR), came sixth in this competition. Eighth was Igor GPH (Harley VDL x Crawford 5) ridden by Kara Chad (CAN).
