Merlot VDL achieved a great 2nd place with also a super score of 70.3% in the ZZ heavy with Femke de Laat. Merlot VDL is a son of Bordeaux out of the provisional keur mare Hyacinth-Vrouwe (by Vivaldi) and is bred by Fam. Klinkhamer.
Besides Merlot, Zoretto (by Zenon) also managed to step into the spotlight. For example, the 5-year-old Zenon son managed to become first in the 5-year-old class with Maaike Slootweg in the Oostermoer Kei Final in Exloo. Bred by P. Kamphof.
