Last weekend saw the finals of the German Show Jumping Championships. In the women’s competition, Laura Klaphake claimed the German title with VDL Quizano van ’t Merelsnest. The son of Diamant de Semilly displayed impressive consistency throughout the championship and ultimately secured the gold for his rider in a highly competitive field.

For Klaphake, it was a wonderful culmination of a successful championship, whilst VDL Quizano van ’t Merelsnest once again demonstrated his exceptional qualities at the highest level. The pair distinguished themselves through a strong balance of power, caution and attitude – qualities that are indispensable in modern elite sport.
