The 4-year-old KWPN Premium stallion Unedo van de Vondel is how we like to see a horse, he has  blood, charisma and a modern type.  Sire Conthargos is among the best sires in Germany and sadly died too young. Conthargos already produced numerous international Grand Prix showjumpers. Unedo van de Vondel goes back via the foundation sire Cardento to the famous Casall daughter Calleryama.

Under the saddle of Gilles Thomas, granddam Calleryama ranks among the world's best showjumpers. For example, one of the highlights of her career was the 4th place in the Rolex Grand Prix of Geneva and the victory in the FEI Nations Cup Final of Barcelona. Further down the pedigree, Unedo van de Vondel goes back to the world-famous mare Soleil. This Capitol I daughter is the dam of the legendary Corrado I and granddam of the Olympic mare Carlina and foundation stallion Chellano Z.
