Plenty of VDL offspring in the top 5 KNHS jumping championships

ERMELO - There were fantastic results for many VDL descendants during the Dutch Jumping Championships, also known as the Hippiade, which were organizedd by the KNHS.

The ZZ class was won by Juventus (Glasgow v/h Merelsnest) and Bert Jan Zuidema.
Hüpen's Chin Champ (Chin Chin) and Rens Spreuwenberg finished third, while Blom's Idense (Zirocco Blue) under Willem Verdonk finished in fourth place. Fifth was Identiek (Corland), ridden by Ruben Dario Ramirez. Jesther (Cardento) continued in the top ten with Bas Moerings in the saddle, while Harley son I am Elrite and Lisa Brokert finished eighth.

In the Z class Karel Doorman (Dakar) was good for a fourth place under Koen Westendorp.

Kaj (Harley) was fourth in the class M with Tonny Leeuwen.

The L class fell prey to a few Arezzo offspring: Leike (Arezzo), ridden by John Driessen, won this class. Golden (Arezzo) and Marianne Wortel were only a fraction slower and came in second. Klavertjevier (Etoulon) and Eline Slager were fourth in this class.

Some VDL offspring were also in the top five in the class B; the championship was won by Everton SG (Indoctro) and Charlotte Zoons. Antrax (Tenerife VDL) and Anne Dircken came in second.
